RevMap is a brand operated by Mentorflow Business and Tech Services LLP, based in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, India. This notice explains how we handle personal information when you visit our website, contact us about our bridal-boutique marketing services, or book a growth call. Information we collect
When you contact us or book a call, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, boutique name, website or social profile, location, appointment capacity, advertising budget, and information you choose to share. We also keep relevant correspondence and appointment details.
Our hosting and booking providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser details, and security logs to operate their services. The current page code does not include an advertising pixel, analytics script, or custom tracking cookie. If we enable optional advertising or analytics tools later, we will update this notice and configure appropriate visitor choices before use.
How we use information
- Respond to your inquiry and assess whether our services fit your boutique.
- Schedule, prepare and manage calls, including relevant confirmations and updates.
- Provide agreed services, maintain business records, and protect our systems.
- Send further marketing communications only through an appropriate permitted route and honour opt-out requests.
Service providers and disclosures
We use GoHighLevel/LeadConnector for website hosting, contact records and booking. Google may support calendar and video meetings when connected. If you submit a Meta lead form, Meta also processes information under its own privacy notice. Email and other service providers may process information to deliver communications for us.
We do not sell inquiry information. We may disclose information to service providers supporting our operations, to professional advisers where necessary, or where required by law. We do not share mobile information or text-message opt-in records with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messages and your choices
This website does not itself enrol you in an SMS program. If text messaging is enabled through a separate form or booking journey, we will present the applicable consent choices and disclosures there. Providing a phone number or booking a call does not by itself establish consent to marketing texts.
Where you have opted into texts, message frequency varies and message/data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance, or email us. Marketing-text consent is not a condition of purchasing services. You can request that we stop marketing emails using the unsubscribe option where provided or by contacting us.
International processing, retention and security
We operate in India and work with providers that may process information in other countries, including the United States. We retain records for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here and applicable contractual, legal or accounting obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Access, corrections and deletion
You can email us to request access, correction or deletion of information about you, or to ask about our handling of it. We may verify your identity before acting. Applicable legal rights and exceptions depend on your location; information needed for legal or recordkeeping obligations may need to be retained.
Links, children and updates
External services have their own terms and privacy notices. Our services are intended for business owners and representatives, not children. We may update this notice when our practices change and will display the revised effective date.
